VITAS Chairman awarded the Membership Certificate to Arise IIP Managing Office Ltd
On May 12, 2002, in HCM City, Mr. Vu Duc Giang - Chairman of Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) met and awarded the Certificate of Membership to Arise IIP Managing Office Ltd (ARISE IIP). Attending the meeting were Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy General Secretary of VITAS.
EU's exports of textiles, clothing articles went up by 10.6% in 2021
In 2021, EU exports of textile and clothing articles increased by 10.6 per cent, while imports dipped by 7.5 per cent, as per the EURATEX spring report which offers a detailed insight into trade figures for the European textile and apparel industry in 2021. The numbers of 2021 are encouraging, when compared with the dramatic corona-year 2020.

Meeting on Project of Promoting social dialogue in the workplace and effective collective bargaining in the textile garment industry
On April 26, 2022, in HCM city, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Dutch CNV Internationaal (CNV) chaired a meeting with the Project Advisory Board of HCM city and Dong Nai province in order to update progress, remove difficulties and promote the signing of a Collective Labor Agreement (CBA) of a group of textile and garment enterprises.
