Global Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Conference - TASCC 2019 hosted by the National Textile Council of China (CNTAC) and Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), organized by China Textile Information Center (CTIC) was held at Sheraton Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Thursday April 11th 2019. The conference was jointly organized by Business Association of China in Vietnam, Office for Social Responsibility of CNTAC, China Textile International Exchange Center and ASEAN Textile and Apparel Productivity Promotion Alliance.

In order to take advantage of the tax incentives provided in the EVFTA Agreement to allow for the application of origin cumulation, Vietnamese exporters are allowed to use textiles from the third country that signed the FTA with Vietnam and the EU. is South Korea - the Agreement is expected to take effect from 2019.
