Approval of ASEAN Trade in Services Agreement (ATISA)

Accordingly, the Government approved the ASEAN Trade in Services Agreement (ATISA) and assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to organize the implementation of the ATISA Agreement after it comes into force. .

At the same time, relevant ministries and branches shall coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment:

- Develop a List of Incompatible Measures (NCM) on the basis of the 10th Package of Service Commitments (ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services) ensuring Vietnam's rights and interests and Vietnam's commitments with ASEAN.

- Actively review, amend and supplement legal documents to implement the ATISA Agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment carrying out external procedures in accordance with regulations.
