            The European Union Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) took effect on August 1^st 2020 paving the way for increased trade between the EU and Vietnam including textile and garment sectors. Agreement. On June 15^th 2020, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed Circular 11/2020 / TT-BCT on Rules of Origin in EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement. But how will these rules work in practice, and how will Vietnam's textile and garment business deal with these new rules?
