On the first day of the SaigonTex (4/10), the Taiwan Textile Federation and Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) will hold a new product presentation in the Seminar room A, Hall C, SECC. The presentation will focus on Sustainable Solutions and Innovative Textiles. The latest products and technologies developed by Be Be Cotton Knitting, Far Eastern New Century Corporation, Nan Ya Chemical, Tung Ho Textile, Everlight Chemical and E.C.I. Elastic will be unveiled at this event. These Taiwan-based companies will be showing a range of recent sustainable developments:

Be Be Cotton Knitting: As the earth is affected by global warming, irregular rainy seasons, and frequent natural disasters, Be Be Cotton Knitting, is aware of the importance of protecting the environment and ecology, and is therefore committed to using dyes from natural dyes, including using plants, insects and minerals as raw materials to reduce environmental pollution caused by dyes during the production process.

Far Eastern New Century-FENC: takes the impact of climate change seriously and comes up with specific response plans. Forging ahead to pursue excellence in sustainable management. Among them, FENC® TOPGREEN® Bio3 PET uses LanzaTech's cutting-edge biotechnology to convert industrial waste gas into low-carbon MEG, which is then used to produce PET filament for effectively reducing air emissions.

Nan Ya Chemical: Seeking to provide solutions to the industrial waste problem shrouding our industry, SAYA RSCUW (Recycled Scrap and Cutting Waste) is the industry’s most advanced mix content recycling project yet. The program addresses the garment industry’s largest areas of hidden waste: cutting scrap and overstock fabrics. SAYA RSCUW creates new recycling possibilities for what would typically be discarded.

Tung Hong Textile: is a leading staple company in Taiwan. The company introduces automated equipment, intelligent production, and continuously develops products with innovative technologies. It has more than 2,000 unique and natural yarns, such as hemp fiber, pineapple fiber, degradable polyester, Sorona®, Refibra ™, Recycle PET, low-carbon fiber, etc. It's an extension and the philosophy of sustainable development.

Everlight Chemical: As the first Taiwanese chemical business to receive the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety certification, Everlight Chemical is actively committed to the research and development of environmentally friendly products and the implementation of clean production technologies. Evereco® PUR -2503U is a new generation reactive hot melt PUR adhesive with environment Friendly and solvent Free, Mainly for Lamination of abrasion resistance and Premium anti-yellowing performance.

E.C.I. Elastic: Transformation Of Waste Yarn into Gold. By mixing colored yarns, we create “Fancy Yarn” by twisting two to four colored yarns together transforms waste into something valuable Reducing waste while enhancing our products unique aesthetic.
