Apparel Association (VITAS), Vietnam Saigon Textile & Garment Industry/ Fabric & Accessories
Expo 2018 (SaigonTex 2018) will be organized by Vietnam National Textile & Garment Group
(VINATEX), Vietnam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI) coordinate with CP Exhibition
Ltd in April 11-14, 2018 at SECC Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre, Hochiminh City.
Saigon Tex is the biggest and the most influential event in the textile and garment industry of
Vietnam, attracting more than 1,100 enterprises from 20 countries/ regions with 31,000 sqm
space across 10 exhibition halls.
In the framework of SaigonTex, VITAS will organize the seminar “How to build a
sustainable Vietnam brand”, with the participation of speakers from VITAS, the
representatives of USAID – Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program (VLEEP), the Deutsche
GesellschaftfürInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) – NAMA Project, and “Race to the Top”
Organization – IDH Vietnam. During the seminar, the speakers will share training and technical
assistance programs for textile and garment enterprises, as well as information on financial
incentives, technology innovation and energy savings, and access for loans of energy saving
projects.
