Vietnam's textile and garment export situation in recent months shows very positive changes, export turnover has grown continuously in the 4 months up to August 2023.

However, the main export markets, especially the US and EU still have certain difficulties, causing a lack of export orders for textiles and raw materials. It is forecast that Vietnam's exports of this product group will remain at a low level in the near future. 

VITAS understands that textile & garment enterprises have made great efforts in recent times to reduce costs, increase productivity and find the most reasonable methods to reach out markets and fulfill orders. Accompanying Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises, VITAS shares the latest information on industry-related policies, EU regulations on waste management, and VITAS's outstanding activities of the month, as well as the latest statistics.
